Since November 2017, our Chimbote Plant Laboratory worked on the Sanitary Habilitation Project to produce crude fish oil, intended for direct human consumption. Having received the requirements of the regulator, SANIPES, the quality team worked hard to fulfill them. After the respective inspection in February 2018, SANIPES granted the Technical Protocol for Health Authorization for CHD Oil.
With this authorization we enter the CNCA list (National Certification and Accreditation Administration of China), which will allow us to export oil for direct human consumption to the Republic of China.
It is worth mentioning that the laboratories of the Chancay and Tambo de Mora plants already have the aforementioned rating.
Fish oil is a superfood and is one of the most consumed and recommended nutritional supplements worldwide, due to its important concentration of healthy fatty acids, Omega 3. This product is also beneficial for the proper functioning of circulation and the cardiac and cerebral systems. Rich in vitamins A, D and retinol, it has beneficial properties for bones and natural stimulation of organic defenses. A product that we have the ability to produce to meet the demand of the markets.
