Quality management
01 Fishing
Responsible with the environment and efficient, guarantees volume and quality in fishing and follows the guidelines of the IFFO RS and FOS certifications.
02 Unloading
Transfer of the raw material from the boat to the plant through a continuous and ecological vacuum pumping system that uses little water and ensures the integrity of the fish.
03 Production
Innocuous process in which the maximum of solids and lipids are extracted from the anchovy and reaches an adequate balance of proteins and moisture.

High quality fish meal packaging analyzed and stored under strict sanitary safety standards.
