Responsible with the environment and efficient, guarantees volume and quality in fishing and follows the guidelines of the IFFO RS and FOS certifications.
02 Unloading
Transfer of the raw material from the boat to the plant through a continuous and ecological vacuum pumping system that uses little water and ensures the integrity of the fish.

Innocuous process in which the maximum of solids and lipids are extracted from the anchovy and reaches an adequate balance of proteins and moisture.

¡The Fishing Sector promoting nutrition through the program "Armada de Hierro"
We signed an Interinstitutional Cooperation agreement with the Municipality of Chancay, the National Fisheries Society (SNP) and Apro Chancay, along with important companies in the sector. Under the framework of the Armada de Hierro Program, we donated 1,000 kilos of fresh "jurel" fish to 28 soup kitchens in the Chancay district. At Centinela, we help face the global challenges of food, nutrition and health!

On April 28 we celebrated World Day for Safety and Health at Work at our plants in Chimbote, Chancay and Tambo de Mora; where we carry out training and talks on various safety topics, highlighting the importance of a culture of safety and health at work. At Centinela I live security!

¡Our 2024 Committee Elections!
On April 12th, the election of the worker representatives for the 2024-2025 joint committee was held at all of our locations. The main function of the committee will be to advise and instruct on the correct use of protective instruments and to monitor compliance with prevention measures, hygiene, and safety by both the company and workers. ¡We continue to work together to ensure a safe work environment!
