START OF LABOR CLIMATE MEASUREMENT

This year, for the first time, the measurement of our organizational climate was made. We begin on April 22. Physical surveys and success at the Chancay, Tambo de Mora and Chimbote plants, while the surveys continue in line with excellent participation.
