I CENTINELA LEADERSHIP MEETING 2018

In Centinela, leadership with a purpose is fundamental to the achievement of the company's objectives. That is why our General Manager Rafael Montoya convened in the month of December the first Sentinel Leadership Encounter, to transmit to our organizational leaders the Philosophy of Value, which articulates and synthesizes what we need to keep growing:

Pillars to transform our culture and take it to excellence. Leadership based on clear strategic objectives to manage efficiently operationally and economically. Levers to capture the maximum possible value of each season. Foundations that lead us to act always with attitude, passion, courage, commitment and honesty. This meeting was also attended by our Executive President, Fernando Romero Belimelis, who also left us a message. To succeed in the Romero Group, you have to be intelligent, a good person and be prepared.
