GRAND INVEST TRAINING

Having identified the training needs of our staff and recognizing the importance of constant training to improve skills and results, the Line Managers and the Human Resources Sub-Management established a Training Program 2018 that will be intensely deployed among the months of September and October.

The deployment of the Training Plan began in Chimbote with the course "Physical Systems and Chemical Products", which developed topics related to the treatment of pumping water and effluents.

The training will go through intensely in these closed months. Let's open the mind, participate actively in each course, make our potential reach its maximum possibilities and carry out the perfected practice.
